The Penguin Parade at Phillip Island

Every evening just on sunset the 'Little Penguin' returns to Summerland beach to waddle up to their burrows – just as their ancestors have done for thousands of years. They file right past eager visitors who wait in anticipation of the evenings performance.

Another highlight of this region is a visit to the Koala Conservation Centre. A great opportunity to see koalas close-up and learn about this much loved native Australian.
