For wildlife lovers a unique opportunity to come face to face with the worlds smallest penguin in its natural environment.

Every evening just on sunset the ‘Little Penguin’ returns to Summerland beach to waddle up to their burrows – just as their ancestors have done for thousands of years. They file right past eager visitors who wait in anticipation of the evenings performance.

Another highlight of this region is a visit to the Koala Conservation Centre. A great opportunity to see koalas close-up and learn about this much loved native Australian.
