Payment Type:

• Payment can be made on the day of travel by cash/cheque OR PRIOR TO THE DAY OF TRAVEL by CREDIT CARD (VISA OR MASTERCARD), Electronic transfer or paypal.
• A 3% SURCHARGE APPLIES TO ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon booking your tour, credit card number and details are required and will be held in trust. In the event of a cancellation made within 3 days of the scheduled date of your tour booking 25% of the total tour costs will be charged. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled touring time will incur a 50% charge.

Tour details:

• Melbourne private tours reserves the right to make subtle changes to all tour itineraries prior to the day of travel without warning
• Melbourne private tours reserves the right to substitute vehicles, drivers or guides without warning, should the need arise
• Any dietary requirements must be requested from guests at the time of booking.
• Children under the age of 7 are required to be seated in boosters. it is the responsibility of the guest to notify melbourne private tours prior to the day of travel if any of their travelling party require a booster seat
• In the event that a component of a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions (yarra valley balooning, great ocean road scenic flight) the tour will go ahead as per a more standard day tour and a refund will be issued for the cancelled component
